Even The Strongest Leaders Can Hit A Ceiling

The leaders organizations count on most are capable, driven, and good at what they do.

But most leaders reach a point where what got them here isn't enough.

More effort won't produce more results if:

You're not sure what's actually in the way

People challenges take too much of your time

Every decision lands on you

You’re missing honest feedback

It doesn't just limit your progress.
It limits what you can do for the team and organization counting on you.

Accelerate Leader Readiness

Leadership demands continue to evolve. Your development should too.

With a trusted thinking partner who understands both the business and human dynamics, you can:

Sharpen Your Edge

Accelerate Your Impact

Clarion Point Partners Executive Coaching Process

Each engagement is unique but follows a similar process:

01

Discover

We start by learning about your goals, your challenges, and how you and your sponsor define success. Assessments and verbal 360 feedback may be used.

02

Align

We co-create the engagement with you and your sponsor. You shape what we focus on, how often we meet, and what success looks like.

03

Coach

Confidential Coaching

We meet regularly in confidential, one-on-one coaching sessions. You bring what’s real and current; we identify and build the specific behaviors that move you forward.

04

Review & Adjust

We pause at the midpoint to see how it's going, course-correct together with you and your sponsor, and ensure the coaching remains aligned with your goals.

05

Sustain

We close the engagement, reflect on progress against the goals, recognize and celebrate growth, and develop an action plan to reinforce gains and guide continued development.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About Executive Coaching

What's the difference between a coach and a consultant?

A consultant is typically hired to assess a situation and recommend what to do. As your coach, I help you think more deeply, challenge assumptions, see what you may be missing, and determine the right path forward. I bring my own business and leadership experience to the conversation, but you remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take.

You can often begin applying insights from coaching right away. Meaningful, lasting change takes time and practice, which is why we focus on putting new behaviors to work in real situations and building on what you learn throughout the engagement.

Most coaching engagements include two sessions per month, typically 60 minutes each. Beyond the sessions, the real work happens as you apply what you’re learning to the decisions, conversations, and challenges already in front of you.

Your goals are at the center of the coaching engagement. When your organization sponsors the coaching, we work together at the outset to align your goals with your sponsor’s expectations and create a shared understanding of what success looks like. We reconnect at key points to review progress and ensure the coaching remains aligned. What you discuss in your individual coaching sessions remains confidential.

Yes. What you share in our individual coaching sessions remains confidential. As part of the coaching process, we meet together with your sponsor at key points to assess progress, revisit goals, and ensure the engagement remains aligned—without sharing the details of our individual coaching conversations.

Coaching is grounded in the real decisions, conversations, relationships, and challenges you’re already navigating. You bring what’s current, and we use it to deepen insight, explore different approaches, and put new behaviors into practice as part of your day-to-day leadership.
